3. Client Responsibilities

To achieve the best results, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate business information.

  • Cooperate during the strategy and implementation process.

  • Complete any required onboarding tasks.

  • Follow the recommended strategies and guidance provided by GrowDrill.

GrowDrill cannot guarantee results if the client does not actively implement the recommended strategies.

4. Results Disclaimer

Every business, market, and niche is different.

While our frameworks are designed to improve lead generation and business growth, we do not guarantee a specific number of leads, appointments, revenue, or sales.

Results depend on factors including market conditions, competition, offer quality, implementation, and client participation.

5. Refund Policy

We believe in delivering strategies that work across a wide range of industries.

A refund will only be considered under the following condition:

  • The GrowDrill GTM, LinkedIn, and AI Framework has been properly implemented as instructed, and our team determines that the strategy is fundamentally unsuitable for the client’s niche or industry.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind.

  • Failure to implement the strategy.

  • Lack of time or commitment.

  • Business closure.

  • Unsatisfactory results caused by poor execution or external market conditions.

  • Digital products, templates, downloadable resources, or recorded webinars once access has been provided.

Any refund request must be submitted within 3** days** of purchase, along with sufficient evidence showing that the framework was implemented according to our guidance.

All refund decisions are made solely by GrowDrill after reviewing the implementation and supporting documentation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, frameworks, templates, videos, presentations, prompts, documents, and training materials remain the intellectual property of GrowDrill and Pixels Density Studio.

You may not copy, reproduce, resell, redistribute, or share these materials without prior written permission.

7. Confidentiality

Any confidential business information shared by clients will be treated with reasonable care and will not be disclosed to third parties except where required by law.

8. Payment Terms

  • All payments are due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or cancellation of services.

9. Limitation of Liability

GrowDrill and Pixels Density Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, profits, business opportunities, or data arising from the use of our services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service purchased.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if a client:

  • Violates these Terms & Conditions.

  • Misuses our intellectual property.

  • Engages in abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful conduct.

11. Changes to These Terms

GrowDrill reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website and become effective immediately upon publication.
